Short film on INI's origins, aims and objectives

The Isaac Newton Institute is a major research facility for the mathematical sciences in the UK and worldwide. This short video explains its origins, its aims and objectives. Tim Harford (Financial Times) presents a short film about the Institute, with appearances by Professor Martin Rees (Trinity College, Cambridge), Professor Tim Gowers (Fields Medal Winner, Cambridge), Professor David Mackay (Department of Energy and Climate Change), Professor Reidun Twarock (University of York), David Harding (Winton Capital), Dr Mike Lynch (Autonomy) and Professor Stephen Hawking (Cambridge).
