The Institute aspires to provide an excellent environment for delivering seminars and encouraging discussions, and wishes to share ideas and promote the mathematical sciences to a wider audience. To enhance dissemination, the Institute video records all formal seminars with the aim of building a comprehensive historical archive and international research facility.
The majority of conferences and lectures take place in Seminar Room 1, whilst Seminar Room 2 and the Discussion Room offer a more informal environment. Both of the Seminar Rooms are equipped with standard facilities (follow the links for further details). The Skype Room offers a quiet place where you can have conversations with friends and family or teach your students remotely.
Video conferencing services offer a way to replace real travel by video and audio communication, saving cost and time and reducing carbon footprint.
Audio Visual Support
Please note: Seminars need to be booked with at least 3 working days notice to guarantee video recording.
